In loving memory of Emerald Herriot murdered in foster care aged 5 months old

Note: It saddens me even further to think that this child was so young and defenceless. I apologise for not being able to post a photo like I usually do, there were probably not many photos taken during Emerald's short and tragic life. These are more forgotten children, murdered in foster care. RIP Emerald Herriot, may you enjoy eternal happiness in heaven with all the other innocents.

Testimony: Fort Bragg infant's life could have been saved

Fort Bragg physicians and child protective services officials missed opportunities to save the life of a 5-month-old girl, according to testimony
