DoCS is only part of the problem.  The Big Problem is the "government mafia" aka the "public sector mafia". Judges, the courts, lawyers, police, parliamentarians, DPP, public defenders, RSPCA,  and other "entities" are part of this "government mafia".  These entities are invariably part of the public sector, or are connected in some substantial way to the public sector.  The government mafia occurs in so many different jurisdictions, just as DoCS does.

Quit call by youth workers in West Australia's juvenile justice system

WA's crisis-ridden juvenile justice system is about to worsen with a quarter of the state's at-risk youth intervention workers threatening to quit.

Sources said morale among prevention and diversion officers was at an all-time low as a result of being unable to do their jobs because they were being used as makeshift parole officers instead.

And they claim this will lead to more young people coming into contact with the courts, placing further pressure on the system.

WA foster carers taking on more than five kids at a time

Solution to this problem: Stop stealing so many babies you sick bastards.

WA foster carers are taking on more than five children at a time to cope with the severe shortage of other willing families.

A report by the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare shows more than half of WA foster carers are looking after at least two children, with about 6 per cent housing five children or more.

Meanwhile, there are more households leaving the foster-parent system than entering.

The report's findings come as the not-for-profit sector called on the Barnett Government to stop sidelining it in the
