Fight Child Protection Department Corruption:
Alex Alexandria Hill Marijuana Murdered Foster Care

Beautiful baby Alexandria Hill was removed from her parent’s custody because they naively admitted to Child Protective Services that they sometimes used marijuana at night, after Alex was asleep, to help them rest as well. Child Protective Services in Texas apparently felt that minor marijuana use was neglectful supervision, so she was removed from the custody of her devoted, loving parents and placed in foster care.

Father Shot And Killed As Police Try To Take Child

William Reddie, a 32-year-old single father from Michigan, was shot and killed as local Child Protective Services (CPS) officials and police officers attempted to remove his 3-year-old son from the home.

An anonymous tipster claiming that Reddie had marijuana in the home set off a string of incidents which turned a happy toddler into an orphan – and led a local newspaper to conduct its own investigation and issue its own report.

A police officer who followed up on the tip stated he smelled marijuana at William Reddie’s home.

It’s no secret that there has been a proliferation government agencies across the country removing minors and infants from their home, based solely on the fact that a parent is a cannabis consumer, and the false presumption that the presence of marijuana poses a danger.  This even occurs in states with a legal medical marijuana program, or where marijuana possession is no longer a criminal offense.

At 8am on September 29, 2011 my family's remote mountain home in northern California was raided by the Butte Interagency Narcotic Task Force (BINTF). They stormed our home in a military-style raid in masks and fatigues, armed with high-powered assault rifles, looking for guns, drugs and money.

When Billy Fisher asked the state of Washington for help in removing his infant daughter from a dangerous living situation while in the care of her mother, he never imagined that CPS would place his child into foster care because of his use of medical marijuana.

Washington State has had a medical marijuana law for 15 years that includes protection of parental rights, not to mention that Washington voters passed an initiative to legalize

Medical Marijuana Advocate Gets Kids Back But Living In Constant Panic Attack

Lindsey Rinehart, the medical marijuana advocate who had her children taken into custody by the State of Idaho April 24, says her children have been returned to her family, but she's still scared over facing criminal charges.

"The CPS case was dismissed," Rinehart wrote on her Facebook page. "They were out of our care for 17 days. We never had to step foot into a court room. We worked very well with our social worker and our lawyer is amazing."

Rinheart said she was required to sign a so-called "safety plan"

California Appellate Court Rules In Favor Of Family Who Wrongfully Had Their Child Taken Away

There aren’t many things that make me sadder than hearing stories about parents having their children taken away. Unfortunately, that was the case with a family in California in May 2011. The family was reported for being marijuana consumers with a child in the residence, which resulted in a visit from the California Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS). During the visit, the child in question’s parents provided information that they were medical cannabis patients.
