Sarasota Corrupt Lawyers, Judges & CPS Exposed

Our goal is to never see what happened to us happen to anyone else ever again. DCF is not out to protect children, they are there to collect federal dollars and they collect a lot of them. Destroying families means nothing to them, money is what counts. The more children they take, the more money they get.

DCF and the Family court system is an industry. They are in business to take children from loving homes and they are paid to do just that. They make thousands of dollars for every child they take.

The Constitutional Court has declared aspects of the Childrens Act unconstitutional.

Parents and caregivers of children taken away from their primary caregivers over suspected neglect have been given a voice.

The Constitutional Court on Wednesday declared aspects of the Children’s Act unconstitutional, empowering parents, who would have otherwise had to watch from the sidelines as social workers decided the fate of their children, to voice their side of the story.

Wednesday’s ruling was confirmation of last year’s order by the Pretoria High

Parents without rights can still fight Help to Fight CPS United States

Welcome to parents without rights can still fight!

This website was birthed out of my very own experience with the court system
and Child Protective Services. I found myself in a very unique situation and I
couldn't find any services or support groups that catered to my needs. I had alot
of obstacles and hurdles to overcome but with God's grace and mercy I
overcame them.

I had been separated from my one and only son for five years. During those 5

National Coalition for Child Protection Reform Help in United States

The National Coalition for Child Protection Reform is to child advocacy as a fuel-efficient hybrid is to automobiles. Operating on a shoestring budget of about $100,000 per year, we think we’ve produced more real reform per dollar spent than any other national child advocacy organization in America.

The trade journal Youth Today says NCCPR “might be the most successful youth advocate[s] out there in terms of landing [their] words on editorial pages around the country.”

But that’s not an end in itself.
