Parents United US

We are parents who came into existence because our parental rights have been violated.  After
many court proceedings, we decided to organize and partner with other
organizations to bring about awareness and education to parents who have
gone thru the similar issues.

We named this organization Guernsey County Parebecause it truly explains what and who we are.  We are parents that are united with a common purpose and goal.

Purpose Statement

United seeks to be a support organization to parents by educating,
advocating, and proactively seeking

How to Fight CPS to Get Your Kids Back United States CPS

Many child protection services (CPS) organizations in the United States have broad powers to take custody of children they feel are being abused, neglected or mistreated. Once CPS has taken a child into their custody, administrative laws dictate family reunification; these rules are often vague enough to provide social workers with the power to maintain state custody for months and, in some cases, years. If your children are in state custody, you have legal options available to get your them back.

Nationwide, each State has it's own State run agencies whose main purpose is to protect and monitor abused children. While their primary role is to find abused children and place them into protective environments, the reality is that the current systems in place are only finding a small percentage of truly abused children, children in true danger and in imminent need of immediate removal from their home. Unfortunately, the remainder of the amount of children who end up in foster care are from families where abuse may have never been present at all upon the said child.
