She was quizzed during a fiery budget estimates hearing on Monday about a recent Ernst & Young report that found as of March this year there were only 1797 workers.

The two children were placed in our care as "long term" they had had very traumatic lives but in the period of 15 months they were with us they were beinging to excell. I had taken all that time off from my career to help them settle in, however due to the trauma they still displayed some behaviours that were difficult.

However the so called support from some of the case workers was and could only be discribed as Bullying and harrassing towards us. To that end they then removed the children from school and we have never seen them again.

How to Fight CPS to Get Your Kids Back United States CPS

Many child protection services (CPS) organizations in the United States have broad powers to take custody of children they feel are being abused, neglected or mistreated. Once CPS has taken a child into their custody, administrative laws dictate family reunification; these rules are often vague enough to provide social workers with the power to maintain state custody for months and, in some cases, years. If your children are in state custody, you have legal options available to get your them back.
