Liams Fight With Cancer

on Fri, 08/02/2013 - 23:45

I'm a young person with brain cancer, I dont know why, but this cruel disease has disabled me from being able to walk, and talk co-herantly, and everything I see is in double vision.

This is because my cerebellum (the co-ordination control centre of the brain) is being affected by this terible disease.

Faced with the traditional treatments, I was scared, as I have heard so many stories of the corruption behind the treatments, and how many billions of dollars it makes!

Having accepted my first round of chimo (which made me very sick), I have researched other treatments around the world,

Ukiah Daily Journal

A Fort Bragg man accused of beating a 5-month-old baby girl to death in December while she was in his care has been scheduled for a July 22 trial in Mendocino County Superior Court.

Wilson L. "Josh" Tubbs III, 38, the baby's foster father, faces a charge of child abuse resulting in death, which carries the same weight as murder, according to the Mendocino County District Attorney's Office.

Judge John Behnke ordered Tubbs to be bound over for trial after three hours of testimony from three witnesses, including the child abuse specialist who examined baby Emerald Herriet

ADHD A Measureable Disorder

Sorry, but due to my personal experience, I tend to disagree. The brain is an organ that is influenced by chemicals/hormones & the general biochemistry of the body just like any other organ of the body, thereby susceptible to disorders & diseases. As with Diabetes, diet can help to improve the disorder but cannot ultimately cure it, similarly, with ADHD being a disorder, diet is not a cure for ADHD. In my personal case, my son was never fed a diet of sugar, white flour products or any kind of artificial food.

How America made its children crazy

Now we know that computers don't help children learn and that drugs don't help them concentrate, because the establishment mandarins who sold us the computers and drugs have conceded failure. In the January 29 New York Times, [1] a prominent professor of child development shows that attention-deficit-disorder drugs only harm the three million children who take them. One out of 10 American children have been diagnosed with so-called Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder and most of them have been medicated. [2]

Some months ago, the Times reported that test scores lagged in school districts

EFFECTS OF SEPARATION ON YOUNG CHILDREN: IMPLICATIONS FOR FAMILY COURT DECISION MAKING

on Sun, 03/11/2012 - 09:05

Thinking Outside the Box

Too often I hear parents blame their young children or adolescents for misbehavior when the true responsibility lies with their misguided parenting. I have seen parents punish and scold infants, toddlers, and preschoolers for behavior that was directly caused by ignorant child rearing. A large and increasing number of parents today don’t know how properly to rear children. They don’t make the effort to find good quality information about child and adolescent development and parenting.

R.I.P Our sweet Emily , you will always be in our hearts

There is no question that the 16-month-old girl died in 2005 from deliberate, violent injury. The testimony came during a preliminary hearing in Pima County Justice Court to determine if felony child abuse charges should be filed against Emily's foster parents, Randall and Penny West.
