Peoria man, 61, allegedly molested girl, 16 over 10-year period 



PHOENIX – Marciopa County detectives have arrested a 61-year-old Peoria resident for molesting a 16-year-old foster girl over the course of 10 years, Sheriff Joe Arpaio announced Friday, Nov. 1.

Bruce Melvin Peacock was arrested at a United Parcel Service facility, 3150 N. 31st Ave., where he works as a driver, Mr. Arpaio stated in a prepared release. The arrest took place Thursday, Oct. 31.

Detectives with the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office Special Victims Unit were alerted to the sexual misconduct Sept.

A man is accused of assaulting his foster child.

Christopher Spann was arrested after his 11-year-old son showed up at an after school program at the Homewood Salvation Army with bruises on his face and body, police said.

When the boy showed up late Wednesday at a Salvation Army after-school program, employees saw his injuries and called Zone 5 police.

DEL CITY, Oklahoma -

A Del City man is behind bars, accused of performing lewd acts with a young child. What's worse is he was the child's designated foster parent.

The Department of Human Services can't tell us how long this man has been one of their foster parents, but a police report states DHS did get a complaint back in September about some very inappropriate behavior.

That police report states Glenn Ray Auldridge, 55, who lives in this home on Hampton Drive in Del City, committed a lewd indecent act with one of his foster children inside his bedroom, and also in the bathroom.

PHOENIX -- A minister who operates a Christian foster home in Arizona for low-income Native American girls has been indicted on charges that he molested two Apache children during stays at his residence.

Bradley S. Bieganski, 57, of Pinedale advertises on the Internet that his non-profit organization, known as Kingdom Flight, is "designed to meet both the physical and spiritual needs of indigenous children in remote areas.

Pedro Manzo-Chokes Foster Child Nearly to Death-Phoenix Arizona

Pedro Manzo told his wife a few days ago that he wasn't sure whether he could handle both their own small kids and the two toddlers they were fostering for the state.


He knew himself too well.

On Monday, Manzo apparently lost control when the 1 1/2-year-old girl they were fostering kept throwing her sippy cup and spilling it. By his own telling, court records state, he choked the toddler to within an inch of her life.

Manzo had been having money problems in the past few years, resulting in a bankruptcy in early 2011. The year before, Manzo had lost a default judgment of $2,200 to a

A year after investigators unearthed the body of 17-month-old Justin Kowalczik in his family's Farmingdale backyard, no arrests have been made, even as a Suffolk County lawmaker and others try to keep a spotlight on the case.
