Fight Child Protection Department Corruption:
Pru Goward NSW Minister for Family and Community Services

Pru Goward NSW Minister for Family and Community Services stealing children and extorting money from devastated parents.

Pru Goward, Minister for Family and Community Services in NSW made a pre-election promise to return 4000 children to their homes, which would still not reduce the average number of children in foster carer throughout NSW to the national average.

Not only is she a thief, but an extortionist. Money has taken over her list of priorities, extorted from devastated parents who have had their children legally kidnapped. So much for Minister Pru Goward being the great hope she portrayed herself as when opposition minister for Family and Community Services in NSW.

Here is her latest scam to help pay for the corrupt lawyers, psychologists and mismanagement of the department of family and community services in NSW.

Below is a letter signed by the minister for family and community services in NSW, Pru Goward, demanding money from a parent who is financially ruined after fighting in the courts for the past three years for the return of her child after being wrongfuily removed by the minister for family and community services, Pru Goward and her banshees.

How much further can this government ruin a parent's life under the guise of acting in the best interest of the children?

The Hon. Pru Goward MP
Minister for Family and Community Services
Minister for Women
Dear $$$$$
I am writing to advise you that all authorised relative carers who are caring for a child or young person in long term out-of-home care (OOHC) are entitled to apply to the Child Support Agency (CSA) for a child support assessment. This means you, as-a birth parent, may be required to contribute financially towards your childl/children's care by making payments through the CSA.

The CSA is responsible for managing Australia's Child Support Scheme and supporting parents to make payments for the benefit of their children. Just as separatecl parents can apply for child support, relative carers of children are also eligibte to apply to the CSA for a child support assessment.

By contributing financially to your child's care, you may feel you have a more ongoing and important role in your child's life. lt could also improve your child's sense of identity to know you are helping to contribute towards their care. Any contribution you make towards the care of your child, no matter how small this might be recognises your continued responsibility to contribute to your child's life.

Shared responsibility means there is more support available to a child. Children need to know that their parents contribute to their upbringing and I am confident that you would want to contribute to your child's upbringing. This initiative will enable relative carers to provide more for your child.

What happens now?
I am writing to all autharised relative carers of children and young people in out-of-home care advising them of the new requirements. lf an application is made for child support, the CSA will be in contact with you to let you know how much child support needs to be paid and the options for payment. Any child support payment made by you is intended to cover day to day expenses associated with caring for your child.

Attached is a fact sheet which contains additional information about the child support scheme, guidance about'payment amounts and useful contact numbers and website addresses.

lf you have any questions about making child support payments, please contact the CSA on 131 272. lf you have concems or questions about this new requirement for authorised relative carers, please contact the Community Services Complaints Line on 1800 000 164.

Yours sincerelyNSW GOVERNMENT Pru GowardMPMinister for Family and Community Services

Stick your complaints line Pru Goward. You are an evil banshee.
