I am going to ask a favor of all of my readers to send their stories and evidence of CPS fraud and corruption etc to this particular reporter: Matthew Stone from the Bangor Daily News in Maine.  Why?  Because he is a phony and because I know that if you love me, you'll do this.  I am also asking that you post a comment to this article before they get shut down.  Which the Bangor Daily News tends to do when discussions in the comments turn ugly towards Maine's Child Protective Services.

DETROIT - (WXYZ) A local mom chose not to medicate her special needs daughter, so the state took the girl -- and the mom landed in jail. Now she is suing.

Thursday afternoon, Maryanne Godboldo filed a civil rights lawsuit. In it, there are new allegations that her daughter’s prosthetic leg was taken while in state care, to stop the child from trying to get back to her mother.

“Just one betrayal after another.  It’s a lie – bring us your children and we will help you.  That’s not true.  That’s not true at all.

This paper examines the role of the media in relation to child abuse and child protection and argues that the media have been essential to the task of placing the problem of child abuse in the minds of the public and on the political agenda. The media have played a major role in defining what is "normal" and what is "deviant" in society, thus contributing to definitions of what is, and what is not, considered to be child abuse.

Significantly, the media have appeared, at times, to have more influence on child protection
