Fight Child Protection Department Corruption:
THE Australian Commission for Human Rights has called on Julia Gillard to include children who have been sexually abused in foster care in her national inquiry.
In a submission to the Gillard government on the terms of reference for the royal commission, the AHRC says institutions and organisations are responsible for placing those children in care.
The AHRC also wants an indigenous person and a person with a disability to be among the multiple commissioners.
Attorney-General Nicola Roxon has received more than 720 submissions and emails on the way the inquiry should be structured
