Georgia Department of Human Services Report 120 Children Died in 9 Months

ATLANTA — A report released Friday shows 120 children died during the first nine months of 2012 in situations in which their families had received services from Georgia's child protection agency within the last five years.

The report is the first in a series that will be issued quarterly to track the deaths and help state authorities, parents and others identify ways to prevent them, said Clyde Reese III, commissioner of the Georgia Department of Human Services.

Georgia’s foster children are being over-medicated, often to sedate them or control their behavior rather than treat a medical condition, a new study confirms.

The question is: What should Georgia do about it?

One solution being considered by state legislators calls for oversight of medications given to adjust the mood or behavior of thousands of foster children in Georgia. This is an article I found on a Lawyers blog site. Even they know that what Child Protective Services also known as DFCS in Ga is wrong. They understand that children are more likely to be abused in foster care than in their own home. It is time to take back our children it is time to stop the abuse of our children by Child Protective Services who make money off their backs while they are being destroyed.
