Please help Oklahoma City DHS Office have kidnapped my children

Note: Please look through the section "Help for Parents to fight CPS" and hopefully you will find something to help dealing with Oklahoma City DHS Office. So sorry for the loss of your child and now all that you have been put through by the office of Oklahoma City DHS.

They took my son from his mother after she failed 5 drug tests and she kidnapped him. They wont give him to me for a mistake. My son is in state custody. They keep giving me the run around.

They are going to place him with me then they aren't.

state law in oregon is if you want to appeal *[or review for error]* a “threat of harm” disposition that was founded you must do it within 30 days. my question is there any way to appeal/ file for a review of that disposition after the thirty days? it has been over 6 months.. the person founded is not the parent if that makes a difference I dunno. I desperately need help finding the answer to this!
my answer is not found in oregon family service rule 413 -010-0745 or oregon law ors 418.005. many thanks for any responses.

Indianola shooting highlights dangers social workers face in the field

smithSundi Smith arrived at a rural Indianola home last week to check on children’s welfare. Her own welfare quickly became the issue.

The 26-year-old Iowa Department of Human Services caseworker ended up fleeing for her life when Nicholas Paul Augustine, 32, allegedly fired a shot at her and then chased her car into Indianola, where authorities stopped and arrested Augustine on suspicion of attempted murder and other charges.

“It could have been a very tragic situation,” said Indianola Police Chief Steve

When Victor Rodgers heard that his baby had been born, he headed to the hospital.
Even though he and the child’s mother weren’t together anymore, he planned on being an involved dad.

It was February 2009 — five weeks before her due date — but his ex’s new boyfriend had beaten her so badly that doctors had to deliver the baby. That’s how the Iowa Department of Human Services got involved.

Rodgers wanted to take his daughter home with him, but the DHS worker said he would have to go through the agency. She placed the baby with a foster family.

We have called within the last 20 minutes to see how Randy was doing, and were informed he had been moved. They would not tell us where he has been moved or any information other than he is no longer there and was not released but transferred.

We now have no idea where he is, Please help us find him. We know he is going to be in Florida, just not where. We were told something about Ft. Myers a while back, though they could have changed that. If you have ANY new information please Message us.

This child could have and should have been saved. Child welfare waste their resources lining the pockets of their legal buddies and psychiatrists who are all too willing to hand them the false reports they want.

They chase after children who have never been abused and ignore obvious cases of neglect. So much for child welfare.
