Persecution Strategies Used by Social Workers to Steal Children

A very interesting Paper on how social workers fabricate, embellish, and distort information in child abuse cases and the strategies they use to persecute families.

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study is to make a critical examination of six official reports in an LVU (Care of Young Persons Act) investigation, to detect the possible occurrence of persecution strategies in the social welfare service reports and, in that case, to define the strategies used and examine whether the investigation complies with the legitimate claims of objectivity and impartiality.

In the official reports,

Help to Fight Minnesota CPS

on Sat, 03/08/2014 - 15:45

I am in college for Human services so I am Familiar with human service policy and state laws for Minnesota. I recently became aware of cps and the crimes they commit against parents and children. I  know that other county and state entities are  also involved in what I can only describe as organized crime against parents and children. Meanwhile public defenders walk parents  in to the slaughter. I also educated myself in codes of conduct for lawyers judges and Guardian Ad Litems so complaints can be filed for individual investigations.

Secrecy in child welfare system fails the powerless

In the middle of a blinding snowstorm, an Edmonton Journal team drove west recently to visit the parents of a First Nations baby who died in care in 2011.

They were not welcomed.

The grieving parents only consented to see the reporter because she had the one thing the government had been denying them for two years.

She knew how their baby lost its life.

The reporter handed them a confidential four-page report, the room fell silent. The parents huddled together, poring over the scant details.

The system had taken away their daughter at birth, and never explained why.

DCFS’s real crime? Breaking up families

The recent news that DCFS investigations are missing the mark isn’t news to me. I have sued DCFS more than a dozen times and have established, through federal court findings, that the state’s child-welfare system has a staggering rate of error in its investigations. But the mistakes my cases have demonstrated are much different from the ones highlighted by recent news stories about child deaths. In fact, they are just the opposite: They show a DCFS too quick on the trigger to pull children from the care of suitable parents.

Without any oversight,

Breach Of Trust by Department of Child Safety- by Gloria May Biron

It comforts me to see and know the courage those have taken up, to speak their hearts and share their story like all of you have here.

My heart aches with reading everyone here. There never again is true peace to a mothers broken heart when it comes to the broken or damaged sacred bond with her child. There is never a sense of true security or comfort for the child who's bonds are broken or damaged, away from their mother. While life has a cruel way of forcing us to cope with our trials & losses, its never truley ok, or alright for the hearts forever grieving...forever yearning.

Ireland - In the past two years, five children have died in state care

In the past two years, five children have died in state care and another 30 youngsters known to child protection services also died, new figures show

Allegations of sexual and physical abuse made by children in care were not fully investigated by health chiefs, scathing reports have found.

'We need to think to the future for our family's needs'

The impact of domestic violence on youngsters was also ignored by staff while some failed to properly assess family members as foster carers.

The criticisms were unveiled in a series of reports that examined the care given to children and young people in

Babies account for one-third of all deaths of Alberta foster children

Babies account for one-third of all deaths of Alberta foster children

More than half of infants died in their sleep or due to prematurity, yet government has few policies to address these issues

Between January 1999 and June 2013, 18 babies in foster care died in their sleep. In at least six cases, records show the child’s foster parents employed “unsafe sleeping practices” such as co-sleeping, sleeping on unsafe surfaces, and having toys and blankets in a crib. These can increase the likelihood of sudden, unexpected infant deaths.

The names of the mother and child in this story have been changed to comply with an Alberta law that prohibits identifying children

Reports of children abused in Families SA state care at rate of nearly one a week for five years

ALMOST one case of a child being abused in care has been reported each week over the past five years and there are not enough social workers to regularly check on all children in care.

Since 2008, the Education and Child Development Department has reported 245 allegations of serious sexual abuse of children in state care to the Guardian of Children and Young People.

In many cases, multiple allegations were reported in relation to a single child.

Details of such allegations are not made public, but

Nine months of hell for couple after baby is taken into care

By Matt Abbott, Chief Reporter

DAD Jack Barnes told of his nine months of hell without his baby girl.

Jack Barnes and his girlfriend Cheryl Rich had their baby taken away in December 2012, just a month after she was born.

Social services feared Jack was violent and posed a real threat to Cheryl and Misty. The couple were also accused of neglect by the council’s social workers.

Thurrock Council was alerted after Cheryl was attacked following an unlicensed cagefight which Jack had taken part in and won. No-one was ever arrested.

When she gave birth in November, social services soon took Misty into

Foster child dies after concerns - Parents bury baby boy

Standing in front of a tiny white casket, a mother and father hugged each other and reluctantly said goodbye to their baby boy.

Janelle McKenzie and Winston Black buried their 10-month-old son Friday following a funeral service at the reserve hall, located about 40 kilometres north of Prince Albert. Flowers, cards and pictures of Richie Spencer Earl McKenzie-Black sat on a table near the casket at the front of the hall.

Nearby, some of Richie's clothes, blankets and books were spread across another table.
